Wushiland Boba is seeking a bilingual fluency English/ Mandarin Human Resources Generalist who is organized and detail oriented. This position will be responsible for all new compliance, new hires,terminations, time and attendance.

REQUIRED:

• Must have ADP Workforce knowledge and experience

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist with attention to detail and proven results

• Demonstrate business acumen and ethical business practices

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

• Excellent communication and people skills

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

• 1 year+ related experience.

• BS/BA in Business administration or relevant field

• Must be Bilingual English & Mandarin oral and written communication skill
