Job Description - Mid-level Procurement Agent (Food Industry)  

1. Skills needed  

Fluent in English and Chinese or English and Spanish.  

More than 3 years of experience working directly on exporting with food industry suppliers or supplier management.  

More than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex exportation contracts and subcontracts.  

Bachelor degree or higher in International Trading, Supply Chain Management or similar.  

Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices.  

Ability to manage and achieve operation goals.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

2. Responsibilities  

Establish a database of all food related products in the USA which has the possibility to export to Asian Market (China in specific).  

Communicate with superior to define the main products that will be working on.  

Contact suppliers and organize meetings or visits.  

Establish supplier profiles and communicate with overseas teams to define possible purchases.  

Negotiating with exporters on related terms.  

Drafting contract and executing.  

Follow-up of the exporting process.  

Feedback of destiny market.  

Maintain and improve supplier’s relationship.

流利的中英双语或英西双语。  

3 年以上直接与食品行业出口商或供应商合作的经验。  

3 年以上起草、谈判和执行出口合同的经验。  

国际贸易、供应链管理或类似专业本科或以上学历。  

具备市场调研、数据分析和采购实践经验。  

具备管理和实现经营目标的能力。  

具备优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。  

2. 工作职责：  

建立美国有可能出口到亚洲市场（中国）食品品类的数据库。  

与上级沟通以明确资源开发的方向和进度。  

联系相关出口商或工厂组织会议或拜访。  

建立出口商/供应商档案并与国内团队沟通采购细节。  

与出口商就相关出口条款进行谈判。  

起草合同并执行。  

跟进出口流程。  

反馈源头市场状况。  

维护和提升供应商关系。
