We're a 20-year-old family business importing and distributing dried herbs, spices, and seasonings from more than 10 countries worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated HR and office administrator to join our team!


Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in hiring processes

2. Onboard new employees

3. Be the point of contact for workplace referrals and complaints

4. Conduct disciplinary actions

5. Maintain company policies and compliance relevant to state and federal labor laws

6. Maintain relevant office administrative records

7. Assist with administrative workflows of relevant departments


Qualifications and skills:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources

2. BA/BS College Degree

3. Strong understanding of employment compliance and regulations

4. bility to work in a fast paced, high performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability

5. Proficiency in MS office software

6. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills

7. Well detailed & organized, independent & professional

8. Good verbal and business writing communication skills

9. Fluent in English, preferably fluent in Mandarin Chinese

7. 详细且有条理,独立且专业

8. 良好的口头和商务写作沟通能力

9. 英语流利,普通话流利者优先
