Job Description:
Currently seeking a CEO Assistant to provide with administrative support as well as assisting in Project Research & Human Resources matters. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard-worker with strong organizational skills.
Your background:
● A tenacious self-starter who can be comfortable deciding their own direction
● A strategic thinker who can use analytics (strong with numbers) to derive ideas
● Process-oriented and methodical in terms of taking the next steps
● Enjoy mentoring and guiding others who report directly to you
● Driven based on quantifiable results as an indicator for success
● Have strong written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent with pattern recognition
● High energy and passionate about conversion rate optimization, or willing and ready to learn with gusto
● Comfortable working in a startup environment, where things change quickly
● Familiar with online publishing and content marketing
● Have a proven track record of being a project owner and not being told what to do
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Good at Marketing Research, and can use analytics (strong with numbers) to derive ideas
2. Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills
3. Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
Language Preferred:
Fluent English (Required)
Mandarin (Required)
