We are seeking an Accountant to join our ROE Visual accounting team in our Chatsworth office.

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders

Credit control of customer orders

Issue invoices on time to customers

Facilitate collection from overdue accounts as necessary

Track and record payments remitted and services rendered

Coordinate other departments for complete order transactions from quotations to collection cycle

Review and reconcile bank accounts and transactions
Perform internal controls and other accounting activities assigned

Requirement and Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field

CPA or CMA licensure highly preferred

Five or more years of experience in an accounts receivable, payable and financial reporting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with SAP Business One is preferred

English and Chinese communication is a must
