DTLA Full time Onsite Position 

We are a multimedia company in the entertainment industry that monthly engages a global audience of millions of viewers. We are looking for a highly creative Senior Ads/ Marketing/Campaign Delivery Specialist who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and electronic media 

 

Job requirements 

- Operate the delivery and optimization of Facebook, Google, and TikTok ads, and deeply understand and analyze the advertising delivery mechanism and strategy. 

- By analyzing the content of the advertising platform and the viewers persona, formulate an advertising delivery plan and teamwork to optimize the advertising delivery plan. 

- Regularly review the advertising data and delivery results, analyze the data, and adjust the advertising delivery plan in time. 

- Responsible for advertising delivery plan, execute advertising production and replacement, monitor and analyze all advertising data, and put forward optimization suggestions. 

- Responsible for collecting and sorting out the information of Internet celebrities and Multi-Channel Network (MCN) institutions and establishing collab relations. 

Qualifications: 

1. More than 2 years of experience in mainstream media such as Google, Meta, TikTok or domestic Douyin( Chinese version TikTok). Familiar with the delivery skills, best practices and underlying optimization logic of various mainstream overseas media channels, including bidding, budget, audience and material, measurement Indicator usage. 

2. Have a deep understanding of the operating mechanism of advertising at home and abroad and have systematic experience and ideas for the establishment of advertising accounts and advertising optimization. 

3. Familiar with media streaming operation mechanisms such as TikTok/Douyin/IG/FB/YouTube, and highly sensitive to short video content. Be able to create short videos is a plus. 

4. Excellent problem-solving ability and pressure resistance ability, with strong data sensitivity and data analysis ability. 

5. College degree or above. Chinese bilingual preferred.

高级投放专员 

岗位要求 

1.操作Facebook,Google,Tiktok 广告的投放及优化,深入了解和分析广告投放机制和策略; 

2.通过分析广告平台的内容和人群特点,制定广告投放计划和团队合作优化广告投放方案; 

3.定期回顾广告数据和投放结果,分析数据及时调整广告投放方案; 

4.负责广告投放计划,执行广告制作及更换,对广告所有数据进行监控分析,并提出优化建议; 

5.负责收集整理网红及MCN机构信息,并建立合作关系; 

任职资格 

任职资格: 

1、2年以上Google,Meta、Tiktok等海外主流媒体或国内抖音实际投放经验,熟识各个主流海外媒体渠道的投放技巧,最佳实践以及底层优化逻辑,包括竞价,预算,受众及素材,衡量指标使用 

2、对国内外广告运作机制有深刻的理解,对广告账户的搭建,广告优化有系统性的经验和思路; 

3、熟悉Tiktok/抖音/IG/FB/Youtube等媒体流运营机制,对短视频内容敏感度高。会制作短视频is a plus; 

4、优秀的解决问题能力及抗压能力,具有较强的数据敏感性和数据分析能力; 

5、大专以上学历,英文能正常交流;
