Our office is looking to hire a full-time or part-time accounting intern or entry-level accountant who can dedicate at least 25 hours per week. During tax season (Jan - April), for intern, we may ask that you work more if your class schedule permits.

Duties will include:

- Perform bank reconciliations
- Bookkeeping related data entry
- Assist staff with data entry and other tasks
- Prepare sales use and use tax returns
- Prepare simple tax  returns

Desired Qualifications:

*  Bilingual Mandarin (conversational ok) & English a must. 

*  Proficiency in  Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

*  Familiarity with Quickbooks a plus.
