Wells business mainly covers two parts, plumbing supplies and HVAC. Our store has over 16,000 kinds of plumbing supplies. Our products of HVAC are the most well-known qualified brands like Gree, Daikin, Tosot, Oxbox, Goodman, Fraser-Johnston, etc. 

We seek an ambitious Outdoor Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in Monrovia office. You will be responsible for attracting new customers, driving sales, and office growth. Target market is existing contractors, wholesalers, retailers and home owners, and position requires a resourceful sales professional. 

Job Functions and Responsibilities: 

As an Outside Sales Representative you will call-on and develop relationships with contractors, wholesalers, retailers and home owners.  

Follow-up with existing sales proposals  

Maintain customer information updated  

Continually enhance sales skills and industry knowledge, to promote professional image.  

Coordinate with operations to ensure the delivery/aftersales/maintenance of service 

Job Type: Full-time  

Pay: First 3 months: $2500 $500 commute fee/cell fee  

After 3 months: Commission based on sales number

Qualifications: 

At least 2 year in HVAC sales field (Preferred)  

You must be ambitious and outgoing, with a love for calling on customers, building relationships and selling our equipment and services  

Ability to build rapport with client  

Ability to work independently & with a team

Strong negotiation skills 

Flunent in Chinese and English
