About Our Team

We specialize in U.S. customs clearance services with U.S. customs broker license and professional customs clearance teams. Job Description:

Our company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to be responsible for handling accounting tasks in our office. You will be handling checking daily Bank activity and performing other general accounting A/P and A/R duties

- Monitors payable account and payable aging

- Enters data into accounts receivable general ledger accounts, provides AR reports, monitors receivable aging

- Perform bank reconciliation

- Review the statement and outstanding invoice for A/P, A/R

- Payroll/time sheet entry and Annual 1099 preparation

Required Skills:

- Familiar in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and other office software

- Ability to work under limited supervision

- Highly motivated and team oriented

- English and Mandarin proficiency preferred

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- At least 3-year experience with accounting or office related work

- Responsible and hard working

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer skill is required

- A legal tax status
